If You or Anyone in Your Property Is Unwell

If you, or anyone in the property, is experiencing symptoms of illness such as:

Fever
Vomiting or diarrhoea
Flu-like symptoms
Contagious infections
Persistent coughing or respiratory illness

We kindly request that you contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your cleaning appointment.

Our cleaning staff work closely within customer properties, and we have a responsibility to protect their health and wellbeing, as well as that of our wider customer community. Rescheduling when illness is present helps prevent the spread of infection and ensures a safe, professional service for everyone.
